Sometimes you just need a big plate of steak and eggs! Protein for the win here! Sliced up some of the leftover tri-tip. This is the smoked tri tip I made for the tacos, seasoned with @neilsarap wild game rub and cooked with @bearmountainbbq bourbon blend. To reheat it I simply sliced it and tossed it into my @hexclad pan. Once the meat was warmed through I took it out of the pan, bumped up the heat a bit and cracked in 3 eggs.
