Shredded Chicken Tacos and some humorSwipe for the humor.These chicken tacos were delicious and so easy courtesy of the premade chicken. This was from Costco, ready to go sauce and all chipotle chicken. I admit, I did not follow the directions to boil in the bag and instead just tossed it into a skillet to warm. All wrapped up in @hero low carb tortillas, some @cabotcreamery cheddar cheese, a little shredded lettuce and a scoop of @eatwholly avocado is all I needed. The humor was on the drive home from the cabin, this trailer had a toy excavator fully strapped down on the otherwise empty trailer.
