Buffalo & Sriracha Chicken WingsThese smoked chicken wings were just the right level of spicy. I smoked the wings using @bearmountainbbq hickory pellets, setting the smoker to 225 and cook the wings to an internal temp of 165 before upping the heat to crisp them up. 375 for about 10 minutes+the time to climb to temp did the job. The wings were seasoned with @whitebullsbbq bird gang, and when they came of the smoker tossed in equal parts @underwoodranches siracha and @primalkitchenfoods buffalo sauces. With about a tablespoon not butter as well.
