Steak and BroccoliMore specifically, reverse seared filet mignon over a chimichurri sauce and a side of sauteed broccoli with a truffle parmesan dusting. The steak was seasoned on all sides with @oaklanddust spicy steak seasoning and smoked at 200 to an internal temp of 110 using @bearmountainbbq hickory pellets. It was then seared in a hot pan with avocado oil before a final butter baste.
