
What I did in a day, food and fitness
Yesterday was cottage cheese, beef jerky, a @questnutrition peanut butter cup and pad Thai with extra chicken.
I got more questions about the PB than expected, so I’ll say it here. These quest cups are better than Reese’s flavor and texture, the macros are a given… I have these in my Amazon a subscribe and save.
The pad Thai is from Costco, and I just added some chicken breast to get to a daily volume of higher protein.
Water intake was solid, hit electrolytes a second time on the evening and had one Ghost energy drink.
Over 10k steps, solid morning workout. My Garmin says I am overreaching but I have goals!
