No workout yesterday but did some errands.
Goal was some recovery and training readiness moved from 1 to 8 overnight. I noticed the sleep score in the summary view is actually the previous nights, so not Saturday night but Friday night in this one. Well just go with that even though it’s a little confusing.
I had the breakfast burrito at lunch yesterday, it was huge and more than I could handle or needed. @sombreromexican jumbo breakfast burrito with sausa is no joke. The double meat is the real deal.
For dinner I made some fish tacos on low carb tortillas. Tilapia, cheddar cheese, slaw mix and then a drizzle of lime juice and mayo mixed together and a bit of chipotle salsa.
To wrap up the day I had a slice of my fresh made sourdough.
The training states also moved from overreaching to productive.
