Steak, bacon and artichoke for dinner. The steak was pan cooked in the bacon fat. Seasoned only with salt. The artichoke was steamed with shallot and herb seasoning.
Lunch was 2 @amylufoods sausages, sauteed spinach, 2 eggs and parmesan cheese.
Afternoon snack was a @questnutrition and beef jerky.
Dessert was 2 pieces this size of @kingsburychocolates chocolate.
