3 eggs, wilted spinach and a parmesan crisp
That was my lunch, alongside two think jerky sticks.
My pre dinner was a premier protein shake and dinner was out with friends. I had a dish named charred remains, which was a shard broccoli and brussel dish with lemon and chili oil over a ricotta.
The workout was a grueling one and leg crusher. 40 and 45lb single leg RDL and a squats on a plate. Paired up with heavy sled pulls and running. I finished that and got in two rounds on the cardio and toes to bar.
My body is feeling the week of workouts. One more today before a rest day tomorrow.
