Ravioli, chicken and broccoli for dinner and cottage cheese for lunch
Lunch was lazy, a big ole’ serving of cottage cheese with a @builtbar for an afternoon treat.
Dinner was a bowl of cheese and onion ravioli from Costco, with @raoshomemade sauce. I topped it with roasted broccoli that was seasoned with @spiceology butter toss and some @realgoodfoods chicken tenders. Finally a bit of Parmesan and it was all set.
Sleep and workouts were good and steps just below goal but above 10k.
