Smoked Turkey Cheese Burger
A balanced profile of smoke, turkey and spices. This turkey burger is sure to please even the beef fans.

Equipment
- Smoker
- Bowl
- Parchment Paper
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon White Bulls BBQ Bird Gang
- 1 Tablespoon Panko
- 2 Teaspoons worcestershire
- 1/2 pound Ground Turkey
- 1/4 pound cheddar cheese shredded fine
Instructions
Prep
- Combine Ground Turkey, worcestershire, Bird Gang and Panko in a bowl, mixing gently. Do not over mix or compact the meat.
- Split mixture into two portions
- form each portion into a lose ball and place on parchment paper
- Press down gently to form a patty roughly the same diamater as your bun.
The Smoke
- Preheat the smoker to 225
- Place patties carfully on the grill
- Smoke at 225 for about 45 minutes before flipping the burger patty
- Smoke till desired temprature/doneness. I am for around 175
The Cheese
- Preheat a griddle or non stick pan over medium heat
- sprinkle cheese directly over the pan forming a sircile just larger then your burger patty
- As the cheese begins to bubble, place the burger patty over the cheese
- You will know its done as you get larger bubbles around the edges or can smell that grilled cheese smell.
Assembly
- Assemple with your favorite toppings
- Pictured includes, Tomato, Avacado, bacon, and pickles.
