Quick grilled steak for lunch. I tied up this sirloin from @butcher_box like a filet and gave it a quick grill. @bearmountainbbq apple wood pellets, on a @yodersmokers ys640s at 350 to an internal of 125 and then let it carryover cook. Seasoned with @neilsarap southwest ap and that's all I need.
