Chicken Crust jalapeno, bacon, pepperoni and Spinach pizzaChicken crust is the absolute best high protein low carb pizza crust (move aside fathead dough). Dry out a can of chicken (Costco cans) in the smoker to add a great smoke flavor and get that chicken nice and dry. Then mix with the chicken 1.5oz Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of almond flour and enough egg to rehydrate the chicken and pull it all together. This crust used two eggs. Form the crust on a parchment lined sheet pressing it nice and thin using a fork. The bake/smoke at 350 for another 15-20 minutes, flip and top with your favorite toppings. I went with @raoshomemade marinara, mozzarella, bacon, jalapeno, spinach and pepperoni. Finished with a little more Parmesan and baked till everything was golden and bubbly.
