Wing Wednesday! Lemon pepper pickle wings!Yes you read that right! I brined these wings in @grillospickles pickle juice and @neilsarap gourmet lemon pepper seasoning. Then gave them a light dusting of more lemon pepper rub.They smoked at 180 degrees till cooked through at 165 and then bumped the temp up to 375 to get them nice and crispy with a finish temp of 200 internal. Smoked using @bearmountainbbq bourbon blend and man oh man was it amazing.
