Blackened NY Strip Steak This thick cut NY Strip was hit with @rainierfoods Blackened Rub and smoked at 180 degrees using @bearmountainbbq hickory pellets. When it hit an internal temp of 115 I pulled it from the smoker and bumped the smoker temp up for a hard sear at over 600 degrees.
