Maybe my easiest buffalo chicken wing Wednesday yet.@sprouts Cajun butter wings, Into the smoker at 350 till they hit 165 internal, then I bumped them temp to 425 and pulled them when they looked nice and crispy(202 internal). Tossed the wings in @primalkitchenfoods buffalo sauce and I was done. Brought the bowl to the table, another bowl for the bones and a paper towel for those saucy hands. @bearmountainbbq hickory pellets for fuel kept the heat coming and burned so efficiently that even at the 350-425 temps very few pellets were needed and almost no ash in the smoker.
