A relaxing Sunday at the cabin
Breakfast was a breakfast sandwich, one slice of sourdough, 2 eggs, a slice of cheese, a piece of bacon and some salsa.
Lunch was a turkey sandwich, on a slice of bread, mayo, mustard and about 4oz of turkey. I also had a protein shake with lunch.
Dinner was a burger with cheese, a slice of bacon, lettuce and mustard on a seeded bun. I smoked the burger using @bearmountainbbq gourmet blend on my original trager and just love the smoke that grill puts out.
I also had a pineapple slice wrapped in bacon with some tropical habanero glaze, a few carrots and bell peppers in a sour cream ranch dip and some Wylde chips with my burger.
For dessert I had a dark chocolate square.
Overall it was a low key day with the only real activity being filming some video of the pineapple cook and doing some yard work here at the cabin.
Body battery was at 100 when I woke up this am, a first this week and a good sign to start the week strong.
