Brunch out. Big loaded salad for dinner and some snacks I started the day with the @questnutrition bar and did a prep workout for the NXPT games next weekend. Then did steak and eggs for brunch at @eatatarlo after the workout which was at the @towncountrysd Dinner was a loaded salad with romaine tossed in @litehousefoods ranch dressing and aged cheddar and Gouda cheese. The. I added 1.5 @bearmountainbbq hickory smoked chicken breasts and two strips of bacon. I also added a 1/4 of an avocado and one boiled egg. After dinner I finished off the rest of the pint of @nicks.us ice cream and a bag of Quest spicy puffs.
