BLT, burrito and bread.
Ok that’s a stretch but eh, all three started with B.
Breakfast was this @redsfoods carne asada and poblano burrito, toaster oven cooked.
Lunch was some sourdough and chicken breast deli meat.
Afternoon snack was jerky sticks.
Dinner was a BLT. Making your own bread and bacon makes for a next level BLT.
Workout done. And @artemis.moto.photo had the brilliant idea of an extra half mile with a sandbag up a hill… So there was that too.
