Broke my fast early but did get in some extra steps
I broke my fast with my final protein brownie and some black coffee. I followed that up with a frings pastry, which honestly I don’t love nearly as much as legendary foods.
Lunch was leftover chicken and orzo, with a @questnutrition cookies and cream bar for good measure.
Dinner was Taco Tuesday, fish tacos. While dinner was cooking I had some chips and salsa and split a fresh flour tortilla with my wife
The morning workout was leg heavy, with lots of lunges at 40lbs per hand, then calf raises that had my legs twitching all day!
I got two rounds on the cardio and pistols.
I am not losing the weight I would like, which is mentally challenging, it may be that I really need to get back to tracking everything to make more progress.
