Buffalo wing WednesdayClassic flavor here, with a slow smoked buffalo wing using @bearmountainbbq gourmet blend pellets, smoked low and slow at 200 to an internal temp of 150 before cranking the heat to 375 for a nice crispy wing. I tossed the wings in @kindersflavors buttery buffalo and gave them a drizzle in @litehousefoods home style ranch.
