Did someone say protein?!? Lunch is 4 eggs, runny/jammy yolks which are primed for using the @simplekneads_gf sourdough for dipping. Snacks for the day were @stryvebiltong biltong, 2 @thinkjerky jalapeno sticks and a @questnutrition bar. This is what happens when you are on a single 3.5 hour meeting and hungry… Dinner was birria nachos. I had some birria in the freezer and fresh chips from @carnivalsupermarket and a side of their spicy carrots and some salsa. Morning workout was solid, slightly lower steps than my recent average but still over 10k and sleep score in point. To those that say caffeine ruins sleep. I have evidence that proves otherwise.
