Friday dinner out at @koonthaikitchen I had the Tom yum crispy pork noodles, may be my new favorite there as we as the wings for dinner.
Lunch was a sirloin steak and eggs.
Late afternoon snack some homemade beef jerky.
The @nxptfit workout was free flow and I started with the barbell and then moved to cardio. Between the mile at the gym and 4 miles walking there and back i did hit the 2k+ step goal @garmin has me at right now… Which isn’t easy to do.
Bost battery still at one today, which hopefully bounces back with only some light errands.
