Indulgent Sunday.
I failed to capture everything yesterday, I want to be clear that I also had a leftover enchilada for lunch, and two additional pastry treats. A cake and chocolate chip bread.
Breakfast was a slice of homemade sourdough, with melted Gouda and 1/4 avocado. Then two poached eggs and two tablespoons of @terrapinridgefarms maple bacon jam. I had 3 slices of bacon on the side.
I also had some additional sourdough and a protein shake.
Dinner was out and I shared a sesame crusted Brie for appetizers and a salad with skirt steak and blue cheese.
I also had an old fashioned.
Overall a good Sunday but far more calories than normal. It happens, was enjoyable, and now I move forward.
