Loaded salad for dinner and a bit of a snack based lunch.
Dinner was a romaine lettuce salad tossed in @litehousefoods ranch. Mixed in was Cabot cheddar, 3 hardboiled eggs, a tomato, 1/4 of an avocado and a grilled chicken breast. I also made some sourdough croutons with my homemade sourdough tossed in avocado oil and toasted then tossed in @spiceology truffle parmesan.
The chicken was a Costco pre-merinated miso ginger chicken breast grilled with @bearmountainbbq oak wood.
Lunch was a bowl of cottage cheese (no photo), this pack of beef sticks, a built bar and quest peanut butter cups.
No gym yesterday but I did get a walk in.
