Make everyday a bit better. Super high protein lunch. Eggs. Beef sticks and a protein shake. Diner was a baked chicken breast with red sauce, mozzarella and parmesan, alongside brussel sprouts. I also had a @questnutrition bar as a snack, and some @kingsburychocolates dark chocolate after dinner. Stayed super hydrated, probably over 200oz of water, a ghost energy drink and a coffee. I have been doing 16/8 fasting and still getting my walking to the gym and workouts in. I admit this photo of me is actually this am, not yesterday, yesterday was a video to the BBQ and fitness accountability group, so didn’t snag a photo.
