Nobody can do this for you and you need to keep yourself accountable.
Yesterday was one of those days of not leaving the desk once I sat down. Just snacks for lunch, an extra coffee in the form of a cold brew can I had stuffed in my desk drawer and then a packed dinner.
One chicken hatch chili sausage and 4 andoulli with peppers, onion and Brussels.
Had a protein shake for dessert.
Now, time to workout and reset for today.
