OMAD enchiladas Chicken enchiladas and a protein shake for dinner were my food consumption for the day. The 100 alternating v ups 1:1 count did their best to crush my abs, and I am feeling that today. Shoulders are sore from 2 days ago. So the week of workouts is .. working out! Sleep is still solid, just need to keep an eye on the calorie intake and keep driving these workouts hard.
