Out for dinner and protein focused snacks for the day.
Dinner was a chicken club, fries and I did have some tots(shared with the table and no photo).
After dinner treat was the Nicks bar.
Lunch/snacks was the @stryvebiltong hardboiled eggs and the lemon protein bar.
Got my workout and steps in.
Good last day of the month. Body fat goal is still in progress but making progress. Scale is not really changing so I suppose that means muscle development but a reminder that the scale isn’t everything.
