Pork Belly Burnt End tacos! Dinner included one of my favorite bites in BBQ, pork belly burnt ends! I smoked these low and slow at 175 for about 6 hours before bumping up the heat to crisp up and caramelize the outside. These were smoked with @bearmountainbbq hickory and marinated in @meatchurch honey bacon BBQ rub and peach & Clementine @sanpellegrino_us Served with a slaw, @cabotcreamery cheddar cheese, some salsa and fresh avocado Lunch was two red breakfast sandwiches that I added some Swiss cheese and buffalo chicken deli meat to.
