Monday was pretty quiet Breakfast is an omelette, with some cheddar cheese and turkey deli meat I had a protein shake with two scoops of protein and two pieces of beef jerky as a snack. Dinner was about a pound of wings, smoked and then crisped up in the toaster oven. With two baby belly peppers and a carrot in some sour cream ranch dip. The wings were the highlight, smoked with @bearmountainbbq gourmet blend at 180, they got nice and smokey and then the crisp I would have normally done in the smoker as well, but it was quick to do such a small batch of wings in the toaster oven and faster to bring that up to temp.
