Back on Track with Musubi and a protein focus My post workout @questnutrition overloaded bar kick-started me back into my food routine. Lunch followed up the bar and was some @realgoodfoods chicken tenders with a drizzle of @kindersflavors buttery buffalo. Dinner was some gochujang @spambrand spam musubi with sauteed broccoli on the side. I marinated the spam in @trybachans and brushed the rice with just a touch more of the sauce for maximum flavor. I got my workout in and hit my steps goal for the day both helping me get back on track. Sleep score is getting back on track as well. #focused #protein #backonthatgrind
