Pushing through the finish line Lunch was two cans of @starkistcharlie tuna, mixed with a touch of @litehousefoods ranch, some onion and garlic powder. Celery seed and crushed red pepper flake. I had this with some (ok a lot) of fresh baked sourdough bread. Dinner was a burger. This time with bacon. Grilled with @bearmountainbbq Hickory, seasoned with @neilsarap original beef and grilled underneath the bacon. Soaking up that extra goodness. Afternoon snack was a @questnutrition peanut butter cup and a premier protein coffee shake.
