Pushing through the finish line Lunch was two cans of @starkistcharlie tuna, mixed with a touch of @litehousefoods ranch, some onion and garlic powder. Celery seed and crushed red pepper flake. I had this with some (ok a lot) of fresh baked sourdough bread. Dinner was a burger. This time with bacon. Grilled with @bearmountainbbq Hickory, seasoned with @neilsarap original beef and grilled underneath the bacon. Soaking up that extra goodness. Afternoon snack was a @questnutrition peanut butter cup and a premier protein coffee shake. BBQ Chicken tostada with a corn salad on top I actually had a 4th one. It just didn’t fit on the plate. Crock pot chicken breast with bbq sauce. The corn tortilla is baked at 400, flipped, topped with cheese. Baked till the cheese melts, topped with chicken and it’s done. A little corn, cotija cheese, lime and green onion made up the topping, seasoned with paprika. Lunch was a bowl of cottage cheese. Snacks for the day, the last red bean paste bun and a @questnutrition bar. I got my workout in, and hit my step goal! Just a few days till my next body scan and the NXPT games are on Saturday. I’ll volunteer at those most of the morning then do the open heat for fun.

Brunch out. Big loaded salad for dinner and some snacks I started the day with the @questnutrition bar and did a prep workout for the NXPT games next weekend. Then did steak and eggs for brunch at @eatatarlo after the workout which was at the @towncountrysd Dinner was a loaded salad with romaine tossed in @litehousefoods ranch dressing and aged cheddar and Gouda cheese. The. I added 1.5 @bearmountainbbq hickory smoked chicken breasts and two strips of bacon. I also added a 1/4 of an avocado and one boiled egg. After dinner I finished off the rest of the pint of @nicks.us ice cream and a bag of Quest spicy puffs.

Rest and recovery Saturday Dinner was a classic double cheeseburger. I grilled two burger patties in the Yoder with @bearmountainbbq gourmet blend and toped them with @cabotcreamery cheddar. Also on the burger some @grillospickles and avocado, lettuce and tomato. Lunch was smoked wings! Again the Bear Mountain Gourmet Blend smoke on some lemon pepper wings using @neilsarap gourmet lemon pepper. Afternoon snack was @snackhousefoods peanut butter puffs Breakfast was some bacon, a small slice of sourdough, a red bean paste bun and a @legendaryfoods protein pastry #burger #chickenwings #bearmountainbbq #dailyfood #mypathtofit

Valentine’s Dinner with friends and some treats and snacks. Dinner was a beer and sharing some fried jalapenos at Ketch followed by pho and edamame at Mignon pho and grill. With dinner I had a second beer and snagged a chicken wing and chicken bite from others at the table . The pho was rare steak with bok choy and broccoli. After dinner we walked over to the market and I got a pack of rolls with red bean paste and enjoyed two of those as well as some super dark chocolate squares, which I had a few of. When I got home, I had my rice crispy treat! One of my favorites. Earlier in the day I had a protein bar and meat stick to help me power through to dinner.

3 eggs, wilted spinach and a parmesan crisp That was my lunch, alongside two think jerky sticks. My pre dinner was a premier protein shake and dinner was out with friends. I had a dish named charred remains, which was a shard broccoli and brussel dish with lemon and chili oil over a ricotta. The workout was a grueling one and leg crusher. 40 and 45lb single leg RDL and a squats on a plate. Paired up with heavy sled pulls and running. I finished that and got in two rounds on the cardio and toes to bar. My body is feeling the week of workouts. One more today before a rest day tomorrow.

Broke my fast early but did get in some extra steps I broke my fast with my final protein brownie and some black coffee. I followed that up with a frings pastry, which honestly I don’t love nearly as much as legendary foods. Lunch was leftover chicken and orzo, with a @questnutrition cookies and cream bar for good measure. Dinner was Taco Tuesday, fish tacos. While dinner was cooking I had some chips and salsa and split a fresh flour tortilla with my wife The morning workout was leg heavy, with lots of lunges at 40lbs per hand, then calf raises that had my legs twitching all day! I got two rounds on the cardio and pistols. Simple lunch, some snacks and a sushi dinner Lunch was cottage cheese, @crisp.power protein pretzels, a @thinkjerky jalapeno stick and a @questnutrition peanut butter cup. Dinner was out at Sushi Deli. I had the 4×4 combo, and a lime time roll as well as some sushito peppers and miso soup. It was a really nice dinner out with friends. This week’s workouts at @nxptfit are nice and focused. I started in the clean and press with 40lbs and finished that zone, then moved to the calories and got the first two rounds done.

Crispy fried potatoes with crispy bacon and a gravy topped poached egg. I stayed with Yukon Gold potatoes diced into 1/4 inch diced cubes and tossed in avocado oil and @spiceology Thunder dust seasoning. Over medium high heat. With another tablespoon of avocado oil I pan fried the potato. In a large pot of water, lightly simmering with a teaspoon of vinegar, I poached two eggs for 3.5 minutes. The bacon is baked at 350 on a sheet pan till crispy. Finally the gravy was leftover from swedish meatball night, but starts with a roux, and incorporates beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon, and black pepper. With the potatoes golden and crispy, they get tossed in a bit more seasoning. The eggs are set on a paper town to dry just a touch and assembly is easy.
