Seeing some results and that keeps me focused
Lunch is a protein stacked omelette with 4 eggs, spinach, cotija and @cabotcreamery cheddar cheese as well as buffalo chicken deli meat. Topped with a drizzle of @kindersflavors buttery buffalo and @litehousefoods ranch. I had a slice of sourdough as well.
Afternoon snack is a @questnutrition bar.
Dinner is a chicken breast seasoned with @spiceology black magic rub and topped with spinach parmesan dip, served with bacon and asparagus.
Dessert is Quest peanut chocolate candies.
