Simple lunch, some snacks and a sushi dinner
Lunch was cottage cheese, @crisp.power protein pretzels, a @thinkjerky jalapeno stick and a @questnutrition peanut butter cup.
Dinner was out at Sushi Deli. I had the 4×4 combo, and a lime time roll as well as some sushito peppers and miso soup. It was a really nice dinner out with friends.
This week’s workouts at @nxptfit are nice and focused. I started in the clean and press with 40lbs and finished that zone, then moved to the calories and got the first two rounds done.
