Smoked Chuck RoastThis is a @butcher_box chuck roast, seasoned with @neilsarap Jamaican rub and smoked low and slow all day! I cooked it similar to a brisket, low and slow when it got the rich color and internal temp stalled I wrapped it in butcher paper and bumped the temp from 225 to 275 to finish. Then it rested, wrapped for an hour before slicing. You can clearly see those @bearmountainbbq apple wood pellets put in some work! Look at the color and that ring!
