Sourdough pizza
Sourdough pizza crust, a bit of olive oil and @spiceology pizza seasoning for the first layer, followed by smoked garlic, marinara, and parmesan cheese around the crust. For toppings I added pepperoni, salami, and diced up beef stick. It par baked for 5 minutes before adding the fresh mozzarella and more parmesan on top.
This was done at 450 in the oven on convection bake. No fancy pizza oven here. Crispy crust, full of flavor from the sourdough and the seasoning, toppings and fresh mozzarella all shined through.
The recipe and flour used were from @kingarthurbaking and have worked really well now a few times. My only addition to their process would be to add a bit of stretching after the dough is mixed, divide and shape to help with dough strength and then let rise.
