While that's cooking, I dice up some red bell pepper, broccoli and green onions. I cooked up some @miraclenoodle rice for a base with a bit of sesame oil, butter and soy sauce. Then I sauteed the broccoli and a bit of the bell pepper. Plating was easy with this one, a layer of rice, the sauteed veggies, a large pile of this amazing chicken, some fresh bell pepper, the green onion and a hit of sesame seeds for good measure. Everything layered for flavor, texture, appearance and macros!
