What does a food to fitness person post for a daily log when they do a 36 hour fast? I suppose a progress update!
Let me start by saying sharing a selfie is not high on my list, but I need to be proud of my progress and sharing feels like a good way to keep myself accountable and proud.
I shared all the stats the body scan takes. If that’s your jam as well. This is a comparison from 1-9-2025 to 2-20-2025. You can see everything I have been eating, and know I have done a bit over 10k steps a day. With a daily workout Monday through Friday, and some extra workouts Sunday on occasion.
I am most proud that in a caloric deficit I did not sacrifice lean muscle mass.
I am doing the @nxptfit games as a volunteer and the open course Saturday. I’ll eat more than I have been in prep for that, and then go back to what I have been doing.
