The pad Thai is from Costco, and I just added some chicken breast to get to a daily volume of higher protein. Water intake was solid, hit electrolytes a second time on the evening and had one Ghost energy drink. Over 10k steps, solid morning workout. My Garmin says I am overreaching but I have goals! #whatieatinaday
