When they hit 165 internal I bumped the temp to 375 and let them cook till crispy outside.To serve, I dropped a little @bravadospice ancho masala ultra hot sauce into some @litehousefoods ranch and dipped the wings in the sauce for the perfect hot and cool dipper with every bite.@bearmountainbbq oak pellets fueled the smoke and then powered that crispy high heat push.
