Smoked Turkey Cheese Burger

- 1 Tablespoon White Bulls BBQ Bird Gang
- 1 Tablespoon Panko
- 2 Teaspoons worcestershire
- 1/2 pound Ground Turkey
- 1/4 pound cheddar cheese shredded fine
Prep
Combine Ground Turkey, worcestershire, Bird Gang and Panko in a bowl, mixing gently. Do not over mix or compact the meat.
Split mixture into two portions
form each portion into a lose ball and place on parchment paper
Press down gently to form a patty roughly the same diamater as your bun.
The Smoke
Preheat the smoker to 225
Place patties carfully on the grill
Smoke at 225 for about 45 minutes before flipping the burger patty
Smoke till desired temprature/doneness. I am for around 175
The Cheese
Preheat a griddle or non stick pan over medium heat
sprinkle cheese directly over the pan forming a sircile just larger then your burger patty
As the cheese begins to bubble, place the burger patty over the cheese
You will know its done as you get larger bubbles around the edges or can smell that grilled cheese smell.
Assembly
Assemple with your favorite toppings
