Yesterday was a busy day at the office so meals looked a little more snack-like except for dinner.
Dinner was a sheet pan meal, with potato, onion, Brussels and @amylufoods sausage. 375 in a convection oven tossing occasionally to get everything crispy where possible.
Lunch was cottage cheese and jerky.
Snacks were a @questnutrition bar, quest PB cups, and a think jalapeno beef stick.
Workout was earlier than normal to get a head start on the day, so the walk to the gym was actually in the dark, but this pixel really captures the light.
Hydration is staying strong!
